1. What Pocket Piggy is

Pocket Piggy helps you record savings goals, reflect on spending choices, try optional challenges, and notice progress. It is a personal tracking and habit-building tool. Pocket Piggy does not connect to your bank, move money, hold funds, execute payments, or provide professional services.

2. Important limits

Pocket Piggy is not a bank, financial planner, investment adviser, lender, accountant, tax adviser, or credit counselor. Any prompts, calculations, or on-device insights are general product content only. You are responsible for your financial decisions and should seek qualified professional advice when appropriate.

Pocket Piggy is provided for personal use. We do not promise that the app will be available without interruption, that a local or iCloud snapshot will never be lost, or that a suggestion will be suitable for your circumstances.

3. Your content and responsibility

You keep responsibility for the names, notes, amounts, and other content you enter into Pocket Piggy. Make sure you have the right to enter anything you add. Keep your device, Apple Account, and iCloud access secure, and maintain any backup you need.

You may not misuse Pocket Piggy, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate another person’s rights or any law.

4. Apple services

Pocket Piggy may rely on Apple services such as iCloud, local notifications, and on-device Foundation Models. Your use of those services may also be subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Pocket Piggy is not affiliated with Apple, Inc.

5. Ownership

Pocket Piggy, its name, software, visual design, copy, mascot artwork, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the Pocket Piggy operator. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app as intended.

6. Changes and termination

We may update Pocket Piggy, change or remove features, or revise these Terms as the product develops. The updated date will change when this page is revised. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. If you materially violate these Terms, access to a future Pocket Piggy service may be limited or ended.
